Frequently Asked Questions about our Portugal Bootcamp Holidays

Below are a list of questions asked previously by our bootcampers, so hopefully they will answer anything you are unsure of. If there is something not on the list then please contact us and we will be glad to help

The camp is located in Olhos De Agua, Algarve – in a fantastic area not far from Vilamoura Marina and Albufeira Old Town, with plenty of stunning beaches within walking distance.

You will need to fly into Faro Airport. Your transfer will be booked for you (additional cost) and will be waiting for you on arrival to bring you to camp. (Skyscanner is great to compare flights)

You can arrive at the villa from 4pm on the first day (if you arrive early then you can leave luggage at the villa and head out for the day to explore)

Check out is 10am on the last day (you can leave luggage if you have a later flight)

We will book you a transfer back to the airport with other campers
We will provide you with a full kit list nearer to the time.
This depends on what bootcamp you are attending. With the All-Inclusive retreat you only need to pay for the optional night out, any experiences such as the boat trip, and any personal shopping. Previous clients have spent less than £100. Self-Catering bootcamp you will need to account for food too. Depending if you are eating out or eating in for the majority of time it can vary between £150 – £250 (it’s really cheap in Portugal and we have Aldi nearby).
With the self-catering bootcamp you have full use of the kitchen which has everything you need. On the All Inclusive bootcamp you are not allowed to cook in the kitchen as it will be in use by our chef
Many guests just relax by the pool or head to the beach. If you would like to venture out then there is lots to do, as the Marina and Old town are only 30 mins walk away. If you fancy some downtime then you can also chill in the lounge and watch a bit of tv or a film
Yes! 60% of our clients join the boot camp on their own. It’s a very social environment at the camp and you will make friends very quickly, and we have many people returning time and time again with people who they met on bootcamps. You will make friends for life, and we even help you by setting up private social media groups and WhatsApp groups
All diets can be catered for – just let us know on booking
The beaches are about 20 minutes walk from the training camp and accommodation. There are a few beaches next to each other, all are fantastic and have restaurants on them too if you fancied a spot of lunch or a drink.
All of the sessions are optional, but we would encourage you to participate in as many as you can whilst here at bootcamp. There is a complete mix of sessions too which keeps it varied and fun.
Yes, people can book extra additional personal training sessions at bootcamp, sessions are 30 euros a session.

Yes, our masseuse comes in twice a week and clients are offered 1 hour slots at just £55. It’s perfect to have midweek to ease those muscles. Many have sports massages, but relaxing ones are also available

Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation. It’s free – with a signal even at poolside

The accommodation is just a 30 minute walk to local town, and 20 minutes to the beach. There are plenty of local restaurants, shops and bars too. We use Uber if taxis are needed which is only £4 to town
