Below is a typical itinerary for our Fitness Bootcamp Retreats in Portugal (All Inclusive):

DAY 1 – Saturday – arrival day: You will fly into Faro airport where your pre-booked taxi will be waiting for you to bring you to our Villa. All the boot campers will be arriving today, and you can get to know everyone before you arrive through our WhatsApp and Facebook groups. Most people travel solo so do not worry, you won’t feel alone, you may even be in a taxi with somebody if they land at a similar time as you. Once you arrive at the complex, you can settle in, have some food, and relax, sunbathe, or take a wonder around the area. We will all have the 1st dinner tonight and usually an early night before your early wake-up on Day 2.

DAY 2 – Sunday: We start off nice and early at 7 am with optional body measurements and fitness tests. Once we finish these, it will be time for a healthy breakfast by the pool. Next is your welcome talk, where we will go through everything involved in the week and answer any questions. It’s then straight into a variety of fitness sessions until lunchtime where you will be served something light and healthy. The afternoon is then yours to relax – chill around the pool, head to the beach, take a walk into town, or just relax with a book or a film. We finish the day with a high-intensity session followed by a gentle relaxation/stretch class like pilates or yoga and we all sit together for a well-deserved evening meal made by our in-house chef, before relax and bed.

Day 3 – Monday: Similar to Day 2 except we start the day with a run/walk and there will be a workshop on healthy living after breakfast.  In the evening we head to a local restaurant for a night out of the villa

Day 4 – Tuesday: There is a wake up workout before breakfast followed by a 10 k walk through the nature reserve and along the beach. The beach and scenery are stunning and its a perfect way of getting them steps up. Then its lunch and relaxation before Yoga and dinner in the evening

Day 5 – Wednesday: Similar schedule to Monday

Day 6 – Thursday: This is the last full day of fitness so lots of sessions in today’s schedule – but it will be worth it tomorrow! Our masseuse comes in again this afternoon for anyone who would like extra massages.

Day 7 – Friday: It’s the last day! We start the day with your measurements and fitness tests again to see your results. Then after breakfast, we offer additional excursions ranging from relaxing boat trips around the Albufeira coastline, to more energetic options such as paddleboarding and surfing. These are optional so if you would like the last day to just relax then that’s no problem! We finish the day with a goodbye workshop and last supper. You will have made friends for life, so this night can get a bit emotional!

Day 8 – Saturday – leaving day: Time to leave – your taxis will pick you up and take you direct to Faro airport where you will head home after an amazing week! Checkout is 10 am and most people do get the early flights between 9 am and 11 am. This is not the end of your journey, as we will send you lots of post-boot camp support and check up on you regularly to keep you on track, and many people rebook with us for the next one!
