What are the Walking Weekends In The UK?

WHERE DO WE OFFER THE 3 DAY WALKING EVENTS IN THE UK?

These 2 night activity breaks are a chance for you to have time away from everyday life, focus on yourself, and give your body and mind a chance to recharge and re-educate themselves. You do need a certain level of fitness for these fitness weekends, but the level of difficulty does depend on the challenge (please contact us if unsure). The fitness activities we do additional to the walk are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Our aim is to have fun, but we are also there to motivate, encourage, and push everybody to their individual limits and help to achieve your goals. Our fantastic fitness trainers will work you hard and to your individual limits, getting the most out of you whilst having fun at the same time. Between us all we have a complete mix of disciplines enabling you receive the very best training and advice.
Our 3 day bootcamps in England & Wales are on a self catering basis, and they give you a bit more freedom (All venues have fantastic self catering facilities with food storage areas, inc fridges/freezers, and we also offer you an option to eat in the local pub in the evening) We also have a variety of options for you, from shared rooms to private rooms dependant on your preference.
The times for the Weekend Bootcamps are below, but if you cant make the start or end times then don’t worry, just let us know

Typical 3 Day Walking Weekend:

Friday:
  • 5pm – Check In
  • 6pm – Walk
Saturday: (Challenge)
    Sunday:
    • 8am – Breakfast
    • 9am – Morning walk or class
    • 10.30am – Checkout
