Over the past six weeks, we’ve had the absolute pleasure of welcoming an incredible group of women to our fitness bootcamps in sunny Portugal – and what a transformational time it’s been. From fitness breakthroughs to powerful mindset shifts, this bootcamp season has been one of the most rewarding yet, and it’s only just the beginning.
Our bootcamps aren’t just about burpees and meal prep. They’re about creating a supportive space for women to take a break from everyday life, focus on themselves, and begin (or continue) a journey towards feeling better, stronger, and more in control of their health and happiness.

One of the most common questions we get is: “Do I need to be fit to come to bootcamp?”
The short answer? Absolutely not.
Over the last 6 weeks, we’ve worked with women of all ages, shapes, and fitness levels – some just starting their fitness journey, others returning after a long break, and a few who simply needed a push in the right direction. Every session is fully adaptable, and the focus is always on encouragement, not competition.
Our bootcamp programmes include a mix of:
HIIT and circuit training
Boxing and strength-based sessions
Pilates and body conditioning
Fun, music-driven classes like dance fitness and combat
Daily walks, stretch sessions, and workshops on mindset, goals, and nutrition
You don’t need to keep up with anyone else – this is your journey, at your pace, supported by expert trainers and a team of like-minded women who are right there cheering you on.
