When we’re trying to do half a dozen things at once every day, burnout is just one bad day away. It’s a sad truth that things like health, fitness and good eating habits fall by the wayside during busy moments.
A ladies boot camp is one of the best ways to make sure that when it comes to your body and mental health, you don’t burn out by getting a chance to rest and recharge. One of the most important things involved in these camps is having ME TIME – a chance to take some well needed time out to rest, refocus and focus on yourself for once. Learn About Nutrition and Change Habits
The majority of people are stuck in bad habits and relationships, especially with food. Over the course of the week we hope to start to change these habits and replace them with healthier alternatives. We have a set meal plan and times during the week, we run nutrition workshops, and we have a fantastic chef who provides all the meals in house. There is nothing processed, limited sugar, and no diet! We don’t like this word as our idea is to make healthy nutrition just a normal part of your life. All of the meals are balanced, with a healthy portion size, with nutritious snacks too – and you wont be hungry! There is also no alcohol in the villa and lots of water is encouraged throughout the week to help your body get back on track
Get Away From It All
A bootcamp holiday is an excellent opportunity to get away from everything. If you’re not feeling the love for technology and work and responsibilities, it might be a good idea to take a holiday and get away from it all. Our villa is a safe place away from everything and is the perfect place to take time out, socialise with your new found friends, relax by the pool, read a book, and reset your body and life
